Private Yoga Sessions

Nieves offers a private yoga sessions adapted to your own needs. She is specialize in Therapeutic Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga , Vinyasa Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga with a deep base in Hatha Yoga.

The private Yoga classes are designed to work on the fundamentals of your personal practice, to work on your alignment issues and create personal sequences for you, using props as a wall, blocks, strap, chair.....depending on your goal: to achieve more strength and flexibility, practice pranayama or deepen into meditation.

From very beginners students to advance students. Private classes offer you the possibility to advance quickly, taking into account your specific conditions, your health and well-being.

If you want to deepen your practice, this is a great personal gift, a moment just for you.
