Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of Yoga that works with series of postures. The first series is the one that is taught to those who are new to this beautiful practice. For this, the teacher introduces the practitioner to Suryanamaskar A and B, during the first classes, then the fundamental standing asanas, the balance asanas and thus as the series is practiced and the postures are memorized, asanas are added to practice.
