I teach astanga yoga in a traditional method known as ‘Mysore self-practice’, which originated in Mysore, South India. Students practise at their own pace with advice and adjustments given by the teacher.
The Teacher dedicate a personal care of each student.
Practice length can vary from between 40 minutes to an hour and 40 minutes or 2 hours.
Ashtanga Yoga Classes run every regular week, apart from on moon days when there is a new or a full moon….. we don’t practice Ashtanga yoga.
Depending on the time you wish to practise, Nieves will be always the main teacher.

Every Week we offer a Sanskrit counted led Ashtanga Vinyasa class as a traditional method.
Drop-in students visiting from out of town who have an existing practice are welcome to join any of our classes.
Nieves also will offer a conference approximately once a month. Free of charge. Everyone welcome.
