The 200 hours teacher training are divided into:

*164 contact hours: * 108 hours "weekends" (6 weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) or 15 intensives days from 6.15 am to 3.pm

 

* 56 hours of regular practice in Hara Yoga study with teacher (total of 48 classes of 90 minutes) *

 

* 36 non-contact hours: -

History and philosophy task. - Asana and vinyasa task. - Anatomy and physiology task. - Subtle Anatomy Task. - Yoga task as a profession. - *Give 10 private yoga classes with feedback (75-90 minutes)

 

* It is mandatory to practice at least 8 classes a month at the studio for 6 months or choose to practice more frequently to reduce the time of your compulsory classes.

- Chanting of mantras, sutras and Kirtan,

Basic Sanskrit in the practice of yoga and its translation in English

 - Asana, Vinyasa, preparation of pranayama, pranayamas and Kriyas 

- Asana Lab:

-Anatomy of Asana , hands of adjustments

 -Anatomy & Physiology: capabilities and limits of the human body -Subtle Anatomy: vayus, koshas, nadis, chakras, kundalini.

- Meditation Tecniques

-Yoga as a profession: qualities of a yoga teacher, introductory yoga workshop, basic practice, intermediate practice, restorative practice for special needs.

-Sequence, transmission, direction, Settings

-Masterclass: - Follow the yogi - Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - Iyengar

- Anatomy of yoga  

-Yin yoga - Invitation to Savasana, Yoga Nidra -
